REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Computer literacy essential
• MCTS: MOSS and MCTS : WSS
• MCAD/MCSD.Net/MCTS (other ) advantageous programming Diploma/Certificate
• Experience in full project lifecycle in services environment
• Solid experience in SharePoint
• Solid understanding of .Net framework fundamentals
• Solid experience in Visual Studio 2005
• Experience in Visual Studio 2008
• Experience with Subversion and Cruise Control an advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)

• Assist clients with business requirements for their SharePoint and
  Office System based solutions
• Assist with the Information Architecture ( taxonomy ) appropriate to each particular client
  and take the design all the way through the solution life cycle
• Build applications using Internet and Windows Development tools.
  Manage, develop, integrate and implement related applications components,
  including front -end development , server-side development and database integration
• Lead complete software development lifecycle, including analysis
• Liaise with clients throughout the development life cycle
• To keep abreast of hardware and software technology being used
• Ensure adherence to the established standards and procedures
• Mentor team member
• Customer service orientation - Able to handle a demanding customer environment
• Good problem solving and decision-making skills
